‘Expedition Leader’ - Individual Executive Coaching
We provide executive coaching services aimed at advancing your career, business, and impact. This service is designed for Senior Leaders, C-suite Executives and high potential professionals. With a combined three decades of experience, we have coached individuals at all levels across various sectors. This diverse background enriches our approach, enabling us to uncover bespoke and enlightening pathways to overcome the issues you face.
We adhere to the ethical frameworks of the EMCC and the Coaching Association to give you an authentically neutral, impartial and safe space to explore your challenges and roadblocks.
Additionally, we offer a no-obligation chemistry session before entering into any coaching relationship to ensure that you have the confidence and feel comfortable enough to get the absolute best out of your sessions.
Coaching sessions typically last between 1-2 hours and are carried out every 4-6 weeks over a 6-9 month period, but we’re happy to tailor the approach to your needs. Sessions can be carried out on Zoom or inperson in the South Wales area. Get in touch to discuss pricing and available packages.
Packages
We believe in ethical coaching practices and do not advocate signing up Executives for predetermined coaching sessions, as our experience shows that coaching journeys vary for each client. Sessions can range from 3 to 8 sessions depending on the goal and objective being pursued and scale of your organisation.
